7.16 – Caboose, A Different Feel

Another round of afternoon thunderstorms and rain – a light sheen of raindrops transforming into mist as the humidity of the night increases.  This shot is of a caboose parked on a permanent set of tracks.

When processing the file, I decided to go for a grittier, film look and was pleased with the end result.

  1. Professor Herman Irwin von Snooten says:

I dislike cabooses. They indicate that there is an END to things, meaning that there is a BEGINNING to things, indicating that they are DIFFERENT, which could be interpreted to mean that they are UNEQUAL. Naturally that is unacceptable.
